Some materials submitted may be included in public meeting staff reports. The Town of Collierville is obligated to follow the Tennessee Public Records Act Title 10. Public Libraries, Archives and Records (Chapter 7. Public Records Part 5. Miscellaneous Provisions) in performing its records management duties.  The Online Permit and Application Center does not reduce or change the adopted procedures.
